Our PRE ORDERS PROCESS within 14 days of purchasing. Please allow order updates to reach you AFTER PROCESSING. Once processed you will receive a confirmation VIA Email!! Standard orders made to be shipped in the US will ship within 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS
International ORDERS will ship within 7 - 14 BUSINESS DAYS!!
What should I do if I receive damaged items?
Once your order is in the hands of your shipping carrier, unfortunately, we are not responsible for any stolen, damaged, or lost packaging. Please contact your local post office if any issues occur!
If the error was made on our behalf, feel free to contact us within 2 days of ordering, we've got your back!
Do you offer returns/refunds?

How do I maintain my tresses?
Our 100% raw hair will last between 4 to 6 years with proper care, which consists of bi-weekly shampooing and conditioning. Water-based products are recommended to combat dryness. Be sure to use safe products that do not contain alcohol or sulfates since they affect the hair's natural state. Be sure to detangle before washing, during conditioning, and after drying as if you were treating your own hair—it also should be treated as such!!
How many bundles do I need? And is the hair easily customizable?
3 bundles starting at 12" to 24" inches will cover the entire head! Lengths starting at 26" or longer will require 4 bundles!!
YES!! The hair can easily be bleached and dyed. Be sure to use shampoo and conditioner specialized for color-treated hair, and make sure to keep the hair moisturized since color-treated hair is prone to dryness.
